Yes. At HOPE Systems we take a signed data-handling declaration and offer a free backup before any OS-level work.

Data privacy is a top concern. HOPE Systems policy: (1) never open personal files; (2) free full-disk backup before any OS reinstall or drive swap; (3) technicians sign an NDA; (4) drives are wiped from our systems within 24 hours of pickup. For sensitive customers, we offer in-front-of-you repairs for common jobs.
